The current study reached standards and forms of systems that operate with artificial intelligence and are directed to developing the performance of trainees, including: Skills gap analysis: where artificial intelligence can evaluate the skills of the workforce, identify skills gaps, and this information is used to develop training programs that help address the shortcomings of the trainees. And organizing content: Artificial intelligence can choose the appropriate training content for trainees, by analyzing the individual’s learning history and preferences, in addition to assisting chatbots when inquiring trainees who have questions about training materials, timetables, or learning objectives, as well as selecting the algorithm. : Choosing appropriate artificial intelligence algorithms and techniques based on training objectives and data characteristics, including artificial intelligence techniques, computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
