Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the role of smart systems in the ability to make decisions in the departments of education offices in Riyadh, the level of application of smart systems in the departments of education offices, the degree of effectiveness of administrative decision-making based on smart systems in the departments of education offices in Riyadh from the point of view of department managers. Ministry of Education. The researcher used the descriptive survey method. The study sample consisted of (86) male and female directors of education offices in Riyadh. A comprehensive enumeration of the entire study community was carried out as a sample. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The study reached a number of the following results: Tthe decision-making process came as administrative, human, technical and human requirements The approval of the study individuals on the axis of the stages of the effectiveness of administrative decision-making came from four stages (the stage of identifying the problem, the stage of identifying alternatives, the stage of selecting the alternative, the stage of implementation and follow-up) from the point of view of department managers in the education offices in Riyadh, with a medium degree. The order of the stages in terms of the degree of their effectiveness and impact on the quality of decisions came to identify the problem, identify alternatives, choose the alternative, implementation and follow-up.
