Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of employment of digital systems Based Artificial Intelligence in achieving quality academic performance from the point of view of Qassim University employees By identifying the degree of employing digital systems to achieve quality academic performance, and the obstacles to employing digital systems to achieve quality academic performance among Qassim University employees; To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting data. It was applied to a sample of Qassim University employees, which amounted to (237) employees and faculty members., The study concluded with a number of results, the most notable of which are: , The results also showed that the study sample members agreed on the obstacles to employing digital systems to achieve quality academic performance, with a mean of (3.52) and a standard deviation of (0.958)., In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of modernizing the university’s infrastructure to accommodate the needs of digital systems, and providing material and moral incentives to university employees to increase their motivation towards developing their capabilities in dealing with digital systems, Reconsidering the training programs for digital systems offered by the university, and providing guidelines for the digital programs and systems used at the university
